Dedicated Room Block

We have a dedicated room block at the conference hotel,  the Hyatt Regency Tokyo.

We are offering a discounted nightly room rate of $288* from Sunday, May 17 to Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

Reservations must be made by Monday, April 6, 2026, which is the cutoff date.

However, please note that due to high demand, rooms may sell out before the cutoff date, so we recommend booking your accommodation sooner rather than later.
